At Memory Bank we ensure safe and timely delivery of your child’s preserved artwork. Below are the details of our shipping process, timelines, and policies.

1. Shipping Coverage

• We currently ship across India, with a flat shipping charge of Rs 499 for artwork up to 1 kg.
• Classic Photo Book orders have a flat shipping charge of Rs 250 anywhere in India.

2. Processing & Delivery Time

• Once we receive your artwork, it takes 3-4 weeks to process, preserve, and ship your final product.
• Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location.
• We will notify you via email/SMS once your order has been dispatched.

3. Shipping Charges

• For all products except the Classic Photo Book, a flat shipping charge of Rs 499 will be added to your order, wherever you are in India. This applies to artwork weighing up to 1 kg.
• One charge covers both ways. A single shipping charge covers the pickup of your child’s original artwork and the return of the originals to you. There is no separate fee for either.
• If your artwork weighs more than 1 kg, an additional charge applies. We’ll confirm the exact amount with you before pickup.
• Classic Photo Book: A flat shipping charge of Rs 250 applies to Classic Photo Book orders, wherever you are in India.
• If you order the Classic Photo Book together with any other product, you pay a single shipping charge of Rs 499 for the whole order, not Rs 499 + Rs 250.

4. Tracking Your Order

• Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS to monitor your order.
• If you haven’t received your tracking details, please reach out to us.

5. Handling & Packaging

• Your child’s artwork is handled with extreme care to ensure safe preservation.
• All products are packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

• If your order is delayed beyond the estimated time, please contact us for assistance.
• In case of lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue.

7. What If I Entered the Wrong Address?

• If you realize an error in your shipping details, notify us within 24 hours of placing the order.
• Once dispatched, we cannot change the address, and Memory Bank will not be responsible for incorrect deliveries.

8. Returns & Replacements

• Since all products are custom-made, we do not accept returns.
• If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Replacement Policy for next steps.
