Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Memory Bank, we strive to offer a smooth and customer-friendly experience. However, due to the personalized nature of our products, cancellations and refunds are handled under the following policy:
- No Cancellations After Order Placement: Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. Each item is custom-made or processed specifically for your request.
- Personalized Products: Custom-made items such as Memory Books or Keepsakes cannot be canceled once the design or processing has begun.
- Damaged or Defective Products: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact our Customer Service within 1–2 days of delivery. Our team will verify the issue before approval for a replacement or refund.
- Product Not as Expected: If the product differs significantly from its online description or fails to meet your expectations, inform our Customer Service team within 1–2 days. We will evaluate your case and respond with an appropriate resolution.
- Manufacturer Warranty: For items with manufacturer warranties, please contact the manufacturer directly for assistance.
- Refund Timeline: Once approved, refunds will be processed within 6–8 business days and credited to the original mode of payment.
- No Cancellations for Perishables or In-Production Items: Orders for perishable items or those already in production are not eligible for cancellation.
- Quality Issues: Refunds or replacements will only be issued if a genuine quality issue is identified and verified by our team.
