At Memory Bank, we take great care in preserving and delivering your child’s artwork with the highest quality materials and craftsmanship. Since each product is custom-made, we do not offer replacements or returns unless the product is received in a damaged condition.

1. When Can You Request a Replacement?

We only accept replacement requests under the following circumstances:

  • Damaged Product: If your order arrives with physical damage, such as torn pages, broken frames, or printing defects.
  • Incorrect Order: If you receive a product different from what you ordered.

 

2. How to Request a Replacement?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, follow these steps:

  • Take Clear Photos – Capture images of the damaged product and packaging.
  • Contact Us Within 48 Hours – Email us at [email protected] with your order details and photos.
  • Review & Approval – Our team will verify the issue and approve the replacement if eligible.
  • Replacement Processing – Once approved, we will initiate a replacement at no additional cost.

 

3. What’s Not Covered?

  • Minor colour variations – Slight differences in print colors due to screen display settings.
  • Customer handling damage – Damage caused after delivery is not covered.
  • Change of mind – Since our products are personalized, we do not accept replacements for design preferences.

 

4. Processing Time

  • Once approved, replacements are processed within 7-10 business days and shipped to your address.
