• Once an order is placed, no cancellations or refunds are permitted.

 

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We offer free delivery across India.
• Orders are typically delivered within 2–3 weeks after receiving the artwork.
• Memory Bank is not responsible for delays due to unforeseen events, courier issues, or incorrect customer information.

 

5. Replacement Policy

• No returns or exchanges are accepted as all products are personalized.
• Replacements are only available if the product arrives damaged (see our Replacement Policy).
