What is Memory Bank?

Memory Bank helps you preserve your child’s creativity by transforming their artwork, schoolwork, and achievements into beautifully crafted keepsakes—while also helping you declutter your space.

How does the process work?

✔ Step 1: We send you an envelope to collect your child’s artwork and keepsakes.
✔ Step 2: You place the items inside and send them back to us.
✔ Step 3: We professionally photograph and design your Memory Book or chosen product.
✔ Step 4: You approve the final version before printing (for customized books).
✔ Step 5: The finished product is printed and shipped to your doorstep.

What can I include in the envelope?

You can include anything you want to declutter and preserve, such as:

Artwork – Paintings, sketches, and doodles
Schoolwork – Handwriting samples, report cards, project work
Certificates & Achievements – Sports awards, merit certificates
3D Creations – Clay models, craftwork (we will photograph and include them in the book).
Trophies & Medals – We can photograph them and add them to your Memory Book

When will the envelope arrive after placing an order?

The envelope will be delivered within 48 hours after you place the order.

What is the size of the envelope?

We provide a 15 x 19-inch envelope, accommodating artwork up to A3 size (11.7 x 16.5 inches) without folding.

What happens to my child’s artwork and keepsakes after the book is made?

You have two options:

Option 1: Have them returned to you at an additional cost.
Option 2: Opt for eco-friendly disposal, where we responsibly recycle or discard them for you.

Can I add text or captions to my child’s artwork?

Yes! Our Illustrated Memory Book allow you to add text, dates, and special memories alongside the artwork.

Can I choose the layout and design of the book?

For Illustrated Memory Book, you can review and approve the layout before printing. For Minimalist Memory Book, we keep the design clean and simple, showcasing the artwork as it is.
